I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Cue lives up to its reputation. When ordering, you will be required to be available and sign for the package upon delivery. This is a good thing, but I don’t recall it being clear at the time of order.

It's easy to judge a company when everything goes right, but when there is a problem and how they handle it defines the type of business they are.
I had a slight hiccup with a purchase and how they handled it was above and beyond most others customer service. I would highly recomend and use Gentleman's Cave again.
