As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We immediately contact our suppliers to confirm the item's availability for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 7 business days), we will proceed with billing your card and preparing your order for shipment. If your item(s) are made-to-order, we will proceed with billing your card as soon as we have the order confirmed with the supplier.
Note: For custom-made products, please be aware that the production time is in addition to the shipping time. Please visit the product page for further information about production time.
If your order is in stock and the charges are processed, it will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. Exceptions apply for custom orders.
You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you haven't received tracking information within eight business days, please contact us at email@example.com.
We do not offer shipping outside the USA, with some exceptions. If the website allows you to complete your order with an international shipping address, your order will be fulfilled. Certain products may also be available for shipment to Canada.
Curb-side Pickup / Standard: Our base shipping option is free and usually takes between 2-7 days to arrive at your location after the order is placed.
Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being delivered to your porch or a sheltered area like a garage.
White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly, and removal of all packaging.
