Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Cancellations or refunds cannot be processed for custom or made-to-order products. These items are specifically manufactured for your order. For questions about your order's status, contact us.
Refunds and Returns:
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days, but customers are responsible for all related shipping costs. Not all products are eligible for returns; this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please consult the product page for brand-specific return policies.
Please note, due to rising freight costs, outright returns may incur a cancellation fee (typically 15-25%) in addition to return shipping costs. For further information, please contact us.

Inspect your package upon delivery*. Report any damage to us within 24 hours, providing pictures is necessary.
You are responsible for all costs related to return shipping and new product shipping for exchanges.

- Once your order leaves our warehouse, you're no longer eligible for a full refund**
- Shipping date estimates are subject to change.
- By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback due to unforeseen delays or incorrect estimates. Violators will be subject to criminal charges.
