Update: With our updated KBU180SA (available from July 2020), it no longer requires the customer to refill the water manually. However, it requires the customer to have a filtered water supply hooked up to the steak ager. The new system will fill in the water tank automatically. (There will be a water tube at the back for water connections.)

This full-fledged professional refrigerator features a precise electronic control system that allows for precise temperature and humidity adjustments between 60-90%, so you can get perfectly aged and delicious steaks every time, without the need for additional expertise or effort. But that's not all - this refrigerator also comes equipped with an automatic water-adding feature that regulates humidity levels, ensuring your meat stays fresh and flavorful.

IMPORTANT: A source of pure water must be available in close proximity to the unit, and the water tank is located inside the top of the fridge with the water inlet situated at the bottom.
To use the steak ager, make sure to connect the water inlet pipe and open the inlet valve to ensure that water is flowing into the water tank. For further instructions, please refer to Page 16 in the user manual.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or gift recipient. Transfers are not permitted.

Warranty Scope

KingsBottle may repair or replace units that are not functioning correctly. We cover both parts and labor for 2 years from the purchase date. In some instances, KingsBottle may direct customers to local repair services. Replacements will carry the original purchase warranty terms.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

Damages from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or other uncontrollable factors.
Units used for anything other than wine and beverage storage.

Special Conditions

Warranties are only valid in the country of original purchase. For units bought from third-party retailers, contact the retailer directly for warranty options. All KingsBottle units come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the point of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return or exchange damaged or defective items within 30 days for a full refund or credit.
After 30 Days: Returns subject to shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items not accepted.

Please inspect the unit immediately upon delivery. Please refuse / not accept the unit if there is any damage.
If the item you received is defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.
If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. However, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact us for instructions of the return.

I almost made my own meat ager after doing considerable research and some testing. There are many variables to consider and this unit has it all(temp,humidity,bacteria control) automated in an elegant package. My first attempt was a 15# prime rib I aged for 30 days and a 17# brisket I aged for 45 days both came out fantastic. The only thing I would change is the location of the LED display, it cannot be viewed unless you open the door or take a knee. After a while I got to know the humidity needs and I didn’t need to check the display as much and became less an issue. Support was fast and attentive when I reached out during my learning curve. I’m overall impressed and worry free when it comes to the safety of my meat after long periods of time.
