Order and Shipping Terms

1. Special Order Acknowledgment: All Brunswick steak agers are special order items, supplied directly by our supplier
2. No Modifications Post-Order: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, returned, or exchanged, as these are custom orders processed specifically for each customer.
3. Delivery and Freight Charges: Delivery of Brunswick products will have lift gate service included.
4. Responsibility for Delivery Clearance: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and clear for safe and efficient delivery.

Liability and Warranty

• Manufacturer Warranty Only: All warranties for Brunswick products are provided by the supplier or manufacturer Brunswick. Gentlemen's Caves does not provide additional warranties and is not liable for product defects, suitability for specific uses, or any consequential damages post-delivery.

Legal Terms

• Litigation and Attorney Fees: In the event of litigation to enforce the terms of this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees.
