Product Warranty

Warranty Period

• Standard 2-Year Warranty: Included with all new units. Covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
• Optional 3-Year Warranty: Extension of the standard 2-year warranty.
• Optional 5-Year Warranty: Extension of the standard 2-year warranty.

Who's Covered

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or gift recipient. Transfers are not permitted.

Warranty Scope

KingsBottle may repair or replace units that are not functioning correctly. We cover both parts and labor for 2 years from the purchase date. In some instances, KingsBottle may direct customers to local repair services. Replacements will carry the original purchase warranty terms.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

• Damages from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or other uncontrollable factors.
• Units used for anything other than wine and beverage storage.

Special Conditions

Warranties are only valid in the country of original purchase. For units bought from third-party retailers, contact the retailer directly for warranty options. All KingsBottle units come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the point of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return or exchange damaged or defective items within 30 days for a full refund or credit.
• After 30 Days: Returns subject to shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items not accepted.

Please inspect the unit immediately upon delivery. Please refuse / not accept the unit if there is any damage.
If the item you received is defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.
If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. However, we will charge you for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact us for instructions of the return.

Shipping Costs

Shipping & handling fees are refunded within 30 days only if the item is defective or damaged.
