Heated Glass Door:

Electrically glass doors are coated with a transparent conductive film on the glass. With the power on, the glass heats to prevent the formation of water droplets on the outer surface.

The heated function starts and stops when the compressor operates, the unit has 3 x modes (STRONG / OFF / WEAK), so you can adjust if needed as some places are higher in humidity and more subject to condensation.

Notice: Glass surface temperature is around 80-93°F (27-34°C), it must be kept away from rain and weather.

Standard 2-Year Warranty: Included with all new units. Covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
Optional 3-Year Warranty: Extension of the standard 2-year warranty.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or gift recipient. Transfers are not permitted.

Warranty Scope

KingsBottle may repair or replace units that are not functioning correctly. We cover both parts and labor for 2 years from the purchase date. In some instances, KingsBottle may direct customers to local repair services. Replacements will carry the original purchase warranty terms.

Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

Damages from accidents, abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or other uncontrollable factors.
Units used for anything other than wine and beverage storage.

Special Conditions

Warranties are only valid in the country of original purchase. For units bought from third-party retailers, contact the retailer directly for warranty options. All KingsBottle units come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty, regardless of the point of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Return or exchange damaged or defective items within 30 days for a full refund or credit.
After 30 Days: Returns subject to shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Damaged items not accepted.

Please inspect the unit immediately upon delivery. Please refuse / not accept the unit if there is any damage.
If the item you received is defective, you may return it within 30 days for an exchange, refund, or credit. All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition and include all components.
If the item is received in good condition, but you change your mind and would like a full refund of the item price (freight excluded), the item must be returned within thirty days from the date the merchandise was received. I have purchased my first unit, Beverage Cooler through Amazon. I liked it so well, when it came time for the Man’s Cave build in the basement, I purchased a second one directly from King’s Bottle. After a few months I had an issue with the unit and the team resolved the issue efficiently and communicated through the whole process. Love my fridge, some issues with company

I found the perfect fridge for my outdoor kitchen and ordered it. After several delays, I finally received it about 6 months later. It was received with a small dent in the stainless steel. Typically not a big deal but it’s in the front and pretty noticeable. Unfortunately after the hassle of waiting and waiting for it to come in I couldn’t bring myself to request a replacement. Overall, I love the fridge. It’s very sturdy and really beautiful and makes my poolside kitchen complete.
