At Gentlemen's Caves, we are committed to your satisfaction. We understand that purchasing a safe is a significant investment, and our policy is designed to ensure a clear and transparent process for our customers.

2. Return of Goods

Due to the unique nature of our products, we maintain a strict 'No Returns' policy on all safe purchases. This policy is in place because safes are high-claim items that are costly and challenging to transport due to their size, weight, and the need for specialized handling.

3. Shipping Damage

If a product is damaged during shipping, the responsibility to file a claim rests with the carrier. Customers are advised to inspect the item thoroughly at the time of delivery. Should there be any damage evident on the product, the customer has the right and is advised to refuse delivery. In such instances, the refused item will be returned to us, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out at the earliest convenience.

4. Refunds

As returns are not accepted, refunds are not typically provided. However, in the exceptional case of shipping damage where the customer has refused the item, we will work to rectify the situation by either providing a replacement or issuing a refund, subject to the confirmation of the damage and in accordance with our shipping insurance policies.

5. Reporting Damages

To report damages or file a claim for a refused delivery, the following steps must be taken:

• Refuse the delivery and inform the delivery personnel that you are doing so due to visible damage.
• Document the damage with clear photographs.
• Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of the refused delivery to report the issue and provide photographic evidence.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Rhino Metals, Inc. offers to the original purchaser, a Limited Lifetime Warranty, covering defects in workmanship, material, damage by unlawful attempted or actual break-in, and fire. This Warranty applies only to safes located in the United States and Canada, purchased at an authorized Rhino Metals, Inc. safe dealer, and that have been used solely in residential applications. Commercial or industrial use applications carry a one year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.

In order to receive warranty support under this Warranty, Purchaser must provide Rhino Metals, Inc. with (1) proof of purchase, (2) a written statement, (3) photographs of the damaged safe and (4) a police or fire department report. Rhino Metals, Inc. will make the decision to repair the safe in-home, at the factory, or replace the safe altogether. If possible, the safe will be repaired locally. If the safe is to be repaired at the factory or replaced, Rhino Metals, Inc. will, at its expense, have the safe opened, if required, and will pay for the freight back to the factory. Purchaser must package and palletize the safe and make the safe available for a curb side pickup at their expense. The Warranty does not cover any costs for removal or installation of the safe or its contents. Personal property in the safe is not covered by the Warranty.

The obligation of Rhino Metals, Inc. under this Warranty is contingent upon proper use, installation, and maintenance of the safe and shall not apply to safes or safe parts which have been neglected, misused, or exposed to extreme or unusual environments. Any modifying or tampering with the safe which alters or affects the safe’s use or operation voids the warranty.

Without limit, this Warranty specifically excludes any liability for defects or damage caused or increased by the use of unauthorized parts. Upon purchase, the Purchaser must promptly notify Rhino Metals, Inc. of any defects. The Purchaser’s remedies are solely limited to replacing parts or repair and are at the discretion of Rhino Metals, Inc. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Locks and electronic keypads carry a five-year warranty for labor and parts. The warranty does not cover forgotten or lost combinations, lost keys, dead or weak batteries, or improper opening procedures. Lights and electrical components carry a one year warranty. Paint or powder coat finish and interior are warranted for one year based on proper care and environment.

This Warranty is given in place of all other warranties and assurances, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to matters of merchantability, quality, or fitness for purpose. Rhino Metals, Inc. accepts no liability under any circumstances whatsoever, for any incidental or consequential damage or loss suffered by anyone as a result of using or being unable to use the safe.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Rhino Metals, Inc. ("Company") warrants to the original consumer ("Purchaser") a Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) covering defects in workmanship and material. Warranty is for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase and is not assignable or transferable to any other person.

1. Company is not responsible for lost or forgotten codes/combinations or keys.

2. Any damage to the product as a result or destruction, misuse, tampering, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, modification, unauthorized service or violation of the instructions furnished by Company will void Warranty.

3. The sole responsibility of Company shall be limited to the repair or replacement (in its sole discretion) of any component of the product which fails to conform to Warranty at no cost to Purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original purchase.

4. Contact Company directly to obtain service under Warranty. A Return Authorization must first be obtained prior to returning defective products to Company.

5. Products shipped without prior Return Authorization may not be accepted. Company will not be responsible for their disposition and/or cost of return to Purchaser.

6. Company will not assume any responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in shipping. All returned products should include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase for Warranty to be honored.

7. Warranty is not an insurance policy, and Company is not responsible for damage or theft of Purchaser's product or its contents.

8. Any implied warranties with Purchaser may have a limit to the duration of the warranties described above. There are no further warranties which extend or apply beyond the face hereof, and Company expressly disclaims and excludes all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied Warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to Purchaser.

9. Repair or replacement shall be the sole remedy for Purchaser under Warranty. Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses or expense arising from the use or misuse of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusion, limitation, incidental, or consequential damages so the limitation may not apply to Purchaser.

10. Warranty gives Purchaser specific legal rights, and Purchaser may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
